Digi-Key Corp. and Signal Transformer Sign Distribution Agreement

Digi-Key Corp. and Signal Transformer Inc. announced the signing of a global distribution agreement. An electronic component distributor, Digi-Key currently ships product to more than 130 countries around the world. Signal Transformer is a subsidiary of Bel Fuse Inc. (NASDAQ: BELFA & BELFB), a manufacturer of products used in networking, telecommunications, high-speed data transmission, automotive and consumer electronics.

Digi-Key will stock Signal’s chassis and PC mount transformers for use in a variety of applications. Split bobbin transformers with high isolation, international transformers and miniature low power transformers will be among the many types of Signal Transformer products offered in Digi-Key’s print and online catalogs and available to purchase directly from Digi-Key.

This distribution agreement between Digi-Key and Signal Transformers will allow Digi-Key to fulfill both the design and production requirements of its diverse customer base.
