The NRCA series of AEC-Q200 qualified, automotive grade resistors from NIC Components Corp has been expanded to include the EIA 0201 (0.60mm x 0.30mm) case size.
The NRCA0201 values range from 1.0Ω to 10MΩ. ±1% tolerance for E-24 and E-96 values and ±5% tolerance for E-24 values with an operating temperature range of -55 to +125 degrees C
The full NRCA series now includes EIA 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 2010 and 2512 case sizes, with power ratings 1/20W to 1W. Operating temperature range of -55 to +155 degrees C (-55 to +125 degrees C for 0201) with power rating derated above +70 degrees C. Voltage ratings cover 25V to 250V. Resistance values from 1.0Ω to 10MΩ are available in E-24 and E-96.
