Cosel Adds GHA Series Industrial 3X5 AC-DC Single-Output Power Supplies
Cosel Co. Ltd. has announced the introduction of its new 3-inch by 5-inch series of power supplies, the GHA series. The GHA300/500 is an industrial and medical power supply family delivering 300W or 500W, depending on the model. This high power density series includes medical safety approval (EN60601-1, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1). The GHA300 has a high power density of 14.3W/cu. inch and the GHA500 has a power density of 24.1W/cu. inch. The GHA300 can be operated with forced air or convection cooling. The GHA500 can operate with convection cooling, forced air or a unique conductive cooling system.
The GHA300 is available with output voltages of 12-, 24-, and 48-Vdc and the GHA500 has output voltages of 12-, 15-, 24-, and 48-Vdc. Each version has multiple options including remote on/off and parallel operation. The GHA series comes with worldwide safety agency approvals including EN60950-1, UL60950-1, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and C-UL. With an industry accepted 3X5 foot print the GHA series is a great solution for applications requiring high power in a small space. Medical, test and measuring equipment, factory automation, and other applications can now be powered with the small foot print GHA300/500.
These power supplies comply with CISPR22-B, FCC-B, VCCI-B, and EN55022-B. Both then GHA300 and 500 have a built-in PFC, high reliability, high efficiency, and a 5-year warranty.
